Supershoot
I was like, "somebody, please pinch me, so I know this isn't a dream."
Supershoot was my second photoshoot with the brand, and it was epic! KG and the Celtics had just won the NBA finals. Derrick Rose was in his rookie season. Dwight Howard, Josh Smith, Chauncey Billups, Tim Duncan, T-Mac, and other NBA stars were doing their thing.
During adidas partnership with the NBA, the annual Supershoot brought the brand’s top sponsored NBA athletes together for a week-long photoshoot. Brand Design and Brand Comms collaborated to create this multi-concept, multi-product, and multi-athlete shoot approach that captured content across an entire season of adidas signature footwear, NBA apparel, and brand apparel.
One of my favorite memories from Supershoot was the toast with KG for winning the NBA championship. As a basketball fan, being part of this moment was surreal.
